You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, licensees, licensors, and assigns harmless from and against any damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, claims, actions, and/or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from: (i) your breach of this Authorized User Agreement; (ii) your misuse of the Portal or the Services; and/or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, property, publicity, or privacy right. We shall provide notice to you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit, or proceeding. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control (at your expense) of any matter that is subject to indemnification under this section. In such case, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting our defense of such matter.
You will need to become a member in order to access the content in the Portal. For paying members payments must be made by credit card. All recurring access fees are non-refundable and your termination rights are detailed below.
When you visit the Portal, you can see our Pricing structure on the Sales Page (Landing Page). We reserve the right to amend the fee structure and all updates will be added to the website.
The date of becoming a member of The Box Academy will be the date of your membership begins, and future subscriptions will be due on this date each year. The Box Academy’s fees are reviewed annually and the current fees are provided on the The Box Academy’s website.
If you wish to cancel your The Box Academy membership please contact hello@theboxacademy.com. For paid subscriptions refunds (either in whole or in part) will only be made if resignation is received up to a maximum of 28 days (the cooling off period) after the starting date of your membership. After that date no full or partial refunds will be given.
Upon becoming a member of The Box Academy you give your consent for us to contact you. We aim to contact all members to discuss their membership benefits.
The Box Academy membership will renew automatically on an annual basis. Please contact The Box Academy at hello@theboxacademy.com to discuss your options. On cancellation taking effect, your access to The Box Academy will be removed and you agree to delete any materials you may have downloaded from the site.
If you are having technical difficulties with the Portal at any time, or if you have questions about our Services, you may email hello@theboxacademy.com. All interactions between you and The Box Academy may be recorded, including phone calls, emails, and live chats.
With respect to all communications between you and any The Box Academy personnel, including, but not limited to, feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, and the like, we shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know- how, or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, the development, production, and marketing of products and services that incorporate such information, without compensation or attribution to you.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Authorized User Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Portal, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Portal at any time without prior notice or liability. Sections 6-15 shall survive the termination of this Authorized User Agreement.
The Portal and Services are based in England. We make no claims concerning whether the Portal may be accessed, downloaded, viewed, or be appropriate for use outside of the United Kingdom. If you access the Portal from outside of the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk. Whether inside or outside of the United Kingdom, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your specific jurisdiction.
